Preparation List

All travelers must have a valid US passport that is valid for at least 6 months from the date you are returning. CHECK YOUR PASSPORT EXPIRATION DATE BEFORE BOOKING.

All travelers must confirm the way your name is exactly on your valid US passport & give your date of birth.

All travelers must have valid visa if required by the country to which you are traveling.

All travelers 16 + years of age must have a valid government-issued photo ID & give your date of birth.

All travelers should be fully aware of cancel/modification policies.

All travelers have been offered cancel insurance, if you choose not to take insurance, all penalties are the responsibility of the traveler.

Every airline have different rules / policies regarding baggage / checked and carry on – you must check directly with airline for accurate information.

Please be aware that car companies and hotels have different rules for debit cards VS. credit cards.

All children under the age of 18, travelling with only one parent/legal guardian (or a relative/friend) must have a notarized letter from both legal guardians stating they are aware of travel outside of the US .
